PFG 2026 TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions govern the event organised by MRJTE Mateusz Bukowian, Tax ID (NIP): 7811799153, under the name “Poznań Furry Gathering” (hereinafter referred to as the “Event”), held on 16–19 April at Hotel Camping Malta, Tax ID (NIP): 2090001440, ul. Krańcowa 98, 61-036 Poznań.

DEFINITIONS
  1. Participant – an adult person who has paid the accreditation fee for the Event. Participation is available in two variants:
    1. participation including accommodation at the hotel,
    2. participation without accommodation at the hotel.
  2. Organiser – MRJTE Mateusz Bukowian, Tax ID (NIP): 7811799153, ul. Pilotów 24, 60-409 Poznań.
  3. Hotel – Hotel Camping Malta, Tax ID (NIP): 2090001440, ul. Krańcowa 98, 61-036 Poznań, the main location of the Event.
  4. Event Area – the area belonging to Hotel Camping Malta and the Malta Conference Centre.
  5. Accreditation – a ticket entitling its holder to participate in the cultural event “Poznań Furry Gathering”.
GENERAL PROVISIONS
  1. Poznań Furry Gathering is not a mass event within the meaning of the Act of 14 October 2019 on the Safety of Mass Events (Journal of Laws 2019, item 2171).
  2. Each Participant is obliged to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
  3. A gross violation of the Terms and Conditions shall result in removal from the Event Area without any right to a refund and may result in termination of the hotel stay by Hotel Camping Malta.
  4. The Participant is not the owner of the badge. The Organiser remains the owner of the badge and has the right to confiscate it in the case of a breach of these Terms and Conditions. The Organiser also reserves the right to claim compensation for any damage caused by the Participant under the Civil Code.
  5. The badge is understood as a laminated A6-sized card containing the Participant’s chosen nickname and avatar. It is issued after verification of the Participant’s data during on-site registration.
    • The Participant must wear the badge visibly at all times within the Event Area.
    • A free duplicate badge shall be issued after clarification of the circumstances of its loss.
  6. Only the following persons may stay within the Event Area:
    • persons holding a valid badge,
    • hotel staff,
    • persons authorised by the Organiser.
  7. The Organiser may designate special zones within the Event Area with additional rules displayed at the entrance or exit.
PROCESSING OF PARTICIPANT IMAGE

The Participant acknowledges and agrees that the Event may be recorded in audio-video form and shared online in accordance with the Act on Copyright and Related Rights of 6 June 2019 (Journal of Laws 2019, item 1231).

RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF PARTICIPANTS
  1. The Participant is obliged to:
    1. comply with generally applicable law, in particular fire safety regulations and the Act on Upbringing in Sobriety and Counteracting Alcoholism of 18 October 2019 (Journal of Laws 2019, item 2277),
    2. behave respectfully towards other Participants,
    3. follow instructions of the Organiser, designated persons or hotel staff unless such instructions conflict with the law or these Terms.
  2. The Participant has the right to:
    1. use all attractions offered during the Event,
    2. move freely within the Event Area except for restricted zones.
  3. Participants without accommodation may stay at the hotel only during programme hours published on the Event website: https://poznan.furrygathering.com/Timetable .
  4. Participants with accommodation may stay at the hotel from the start of the Event until the end of the hotel day on 19 April.
  5. For the purposes of the Event, quiet hours is designated at the Event Area, effective from 3:33 a.m. to 8:20 a.m.
  6. Upon receiving the badge, the Participant must present an ID, passport or another document confirming age and identity.
RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE ORGANISER
  1. The Organiser is obliged to:
    1. ensure order during the Event,
    2. inform all Participants of:
      • persons appointed by the Organiser to maintain order,
      • assistants and Event coordinators,
      • the scope of responsibilities of the above-mentioned persons.
    3. keep Participants informed about the Event programme and any changes thereto.
  2. The Organiser has the exclusive right to enforce and interpret these regulations.
  3. The Organiser is not responsible for items lost or left unattended by Participants during the Event and on the Event Area.
  4. The Organiser shall not be liable for any damage caused intentionally or unintentionally by a Participant or caused by other Participants. Liability for any damage to mental health and property, including copyright, shall be borne by the perpetrator or perpetrators.
  5. The Organiser shall not be liable for any maintenance obligations in the case of pregnancy occurring during the Event, whether intentionally or unintentionally.
  6. The Organiser reserves the right to cancel the Event or change its date. In such cases, the Participant is entitled to a refund in accordance with the rules set out in the terms and conditions of the tobilet portal, https://tobilet.pl/regulamin-sklepu .
ORDER AND SANITARY REGULATIONS
  1. Participants are prohibited from:
    1. smoking tobacco and similar products outside designated areas,
    2. tampering with fire safety equipment,
    3. consuming alcohol outside designated areas,
    4. possessing, consuming, being under the influence of, or distributing narcotics and psychotropic substances, in accordance with the Act on Counteracting Drug Addiction of 29 July 2005 (Journal of Laws of 2005, item 1485),
    5. bringing and possessing bladed weapons, firearms, hunting weapons, sporting weapons, explosives and any other materials dangerous to other Participants within the Event Area, within the meaning of the Act on Weapons and Ammunition of 21 May 1999 (Journal of Laws of 1999, item 549),
    6. bringing and possessing replicas of bladed weapons, firearms, sporting weapons, hunting weapons (unless the organiser has given permission to possess replicas) or other dangerous items,
    7. political campaigning on the premises of the Event,
    8. conducting any advertising activities, unless the Organiser has given its consent,
    9. bringing in and possessing political, religious and other flags – unless the Organiser has given its consent,
    10. recording and publishing fragments of the programme, unless the Organiser has given their consent. The participant is obliged to remove the published content at the request of the organiser,
    11. publicly exposing oneself and promoting fetishes or sexual attire in common areas of the building. The organiser reserves the right to prohibit the wearing of certain items of clothing if they are too offensive and deviate from generally accepted cultural norms,
    12. bringing bladed weapons, sharp tools, weapons, telescopic batons,
    13. manipulating devices intended for the implementation of the Event, such as computers, televisions or other electronic equipment, or using them in an inappropriate or unintended manner.
  2. The Organiser reserves the right to assess whether any other item or behaviour not mentioned in the above point may be dangerous to participants. If an item is deemed by the Organiser to be dangerous or disruptive to the Event, it may be confiscated for the duration of the Event and returned after its completion. In the case of refusal to return the item, the Organiser reserves the right to exclude the Participant from the Event or to order the removal of the item from the Event Area.
  3. The Participant shall be solely responsible for any damage to health resulting from a failure to exercise due care and a failure to comply with safety rules.
  4. The Organiser has the right to remove from the Event Area any Participant who:
    1. behaves aggressively,
    2. is under the influence of alcohol or intoxicating substances,
    3. does not comply with the provisions of these regulations and the regulations of the Camping Malta Hotel,
    4. does not comply with the provisions of generally applicable law,
    5. has visible symptoms of a cold, fever or other signs of illness,
    6. does not meet other requirements for participation in the Event,
    7. has exposed the organiser to financial or reputational losses or whose behaviour poses a threat to the safety of the Event.
  5. The Organiser reserves the right to refuse participation in the Event to:
    1. persons against whom legal or court proceedings are pending or who are wanted by the police,
    2. persons against whom a written complaint has been lodged which, in the opinion of the organiser, may threaten the safety of the Event and other Participants,
    3. persons previously excluded from participation in the Event.
  6. Various epidemiological restrictions may be imposed during the Event. In the case of cancellation of the Event for reasons beyond the Organiser's control, such as force majeure, all funds will be transferred to the next edition or refunded to Participants, if possible. In the case of an epidemiological threat, the Organiser reserves the right to introduce sanitary measures or necessary restrictions in accordance with the Act of 2 March 2020 on special solutions related to the prevention, counteracting and combating of COVID-19, other infectious diseases and crisis situations caused by them (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 374).
  7. During the Event, the Participant is obliged to maintain proper personal hygiene and a neat appearance.
    1. If the Participant has a place in a hotel room, they are obliged to take care of their own space and that of other Participants staying in the same room.
    2. The Organisation and Security Service have the right to reprimand a Participant who does not comply with basic rules of personal hygiene and to issue appropriate instructions.
    3. Participants are required to wear clothes and shoes in the common areas of the hotel.
SECURITY SERVICE
  1. The Organiser shall appoint and establish a Security Service to operate during the Event. The common name for the Security Service is “Sefurity”.
  2. The Organiser shall determine the composition and tasks of the Security Service.
  3. The main tasks of the Security Service are:
    1. ensuring the safety of Event Participants during the Event on the Event Area,
    2. verifying Participant IDs,
    3. assisting in resolving conflicts between Participants,
    4. additional tasks assigned by the Organiser that may arise during the Event.
  4. The Security Service is authorised to inspect luggage or conduct personal searches with the consent of the person being searched, if there is a justified risk or if a complaint has been made about a Participant that they may be in possession of prohibited items, as described in point 1 of the Rules and Regulations. If consent to a search is refused, the Participant will not be allowed to participate in the Event and will be refunded the full amount of the accreditation costs incurred. If the Participant has paid for accommodation at the Hotel, refunds will be determined individually at the hotel reception.
REFUNDS

The refund policy is subject to the Tobilet terms and conditions ( https://tobilet.pl/regulamin-sklepu ), in particular § 8. Refunds for Tickets and Parking Tickets;

  1. If it is not possible to use the Ticket or Parking Ticket for reasons attributable to the User or Event participant, it cannot be exchanged for another Ticket or Parking Ticket, respectively, and TOBILET.PL shall not refund the amount due for the unused Ticket or Parking Ticket, even if such a request was made before the start of the Event or, in the case of a Parking Ticket, before the start of use of the Parking Service. If the User has concluded an Insurance Agreement, this agreement regulates the conditions for the payment of compensation by Colonnade (i.e. the insurance company that is a party to the Insurance Agreement) in the case of the inability to use the Ticket and Parking Ticket (if it was purchased together with the Ticket and applies to the Event for which the Ticket was purchased).
  2. Except for the cases specified in sections 3-4 below, Tickets and Parking Tickets may only be returned if provided for in the Event regulations, exclusively within the scope and under the terms and conditions described in those regulations.
  3. In the case of cancellation of an Event organised by TOBILET.PL, or a change in the date, time or venue of such an Event, TOBILET.PL shall immediately notify the User of this fact by sending an e-mail to the User's e-mail address. In the case of cancellation of such an Event, TOBILET.PL shall refund the User the price of Tickets and Parking Tickets together with any fees paid to TOBILET.PL in connection with the purchase of such tickets within 14 days of the date of cancellation of the Event. However, in the case of a change in the date, time or venue of such an Event, TOBILET.PL may offer the User, at no additional charge, a Ticket and Parking Ticket (if the User has purchased a Parking Ticket) for the same Event, but with a changed date, time or venue, or a Ticket and Parking Ticket (if the User purchased a Parking Ticket) for another Event, and if the User is not interested in such an exchange of tickets, TOBILET.PL will refund the User the price of the Ticket and Parking Ticket (if the User purchased a Parking Ticket) together with the fees paid to TOBILET.PL in connection with the purchase of these tickets within 14 days from the date of the User's request in this regard to the e-mail address info@tobilet.pl, together with the data allowing the identification of the Ticket and Parking Ticket, e.g. ticket number, transaction number. The request for a refund of the price of Tickets and Parking Tickets referred to in the previous sentence must be submitted within the time limit specified in the e-mail sent by TOBILET.PL, with the proviso that in each case this time limit shall not be shorter than 14 days.
  4. In the case of cancellation of an Event not organised by TOBILET.PL, or a change in the date, time or venue of such an Event, TOBILET.PL shall notify the User of this fact by email immediately after receiving such information from the Organiser. In the case of cancellation of such an Event, TOBILET.PL shall refund the User the price of the Ticket and Parking Ticket (if the User has purchased a Parking Ticket) within 14 days of receiving funds for this purpose from the Organiser and within the scope of these funds. This is due to the fact that if TOBILET.PL is not the Organiser, TOBILET.PL only acts as an intermediary in the process of refunding the price of the Ticket and Parking Ticket by the Organiser to the User. The above does not exclude the User's right to claim other amounts from the Organiser if the Organiser is obliged by law to pay them to the User. However, in the case of a change in the date, time or venue of such an Event, TOBILET.PL shall refund the User the price of the Ticket and Parking Ticket (if the User purchased a Parking Ticket) within 14 days of receiving funds for this purpose from the Organiser and within the scope of these funds, if the User requests a refund of the Ticket and Parking Ticket (if the User purchased a Parking Ticket) by sending an email to info@tobilet.pl, providing details allowing the Ticket and Parking Ticket to be identified, e.g. ticket number, transaction number. The above does not exclude the User's right to claim other amounts from the Organiser if the Organiser is obliged by law to pay them to the User. The request for a refund of the Ticket and Parking Ticket referred to in the previous sentence must be submitted within the time limit specified in the e-mail sent by TOBILET.PL, referred to in the preceding sentence, with the proviso that in each case this time limit shall not be shorter than 14 days.
  5. Refunds for Tickets and Parking Tickets, and in the case of Events organised by TOBILET.PL, also refunds for Service Fees, will be made by TOBILET.PL using the same method of payment as used by the User.
  6. The above provisions do not apply to Tickets and Parking Tickets purchased at TOBILET.PL stationary points of sale.
PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING POLICY
  1. In accordance with Article 13(1) and (2) of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016, the Participant acknowledges that:
    1. the controller of the Participant's personal data is MRTJE Mateusz Bukowian, Tax ID (NIP): 7811799153, Pilotów 24, 60-409 Poznań.
    2. the following data will be collected:
      • identification data: first name, surname, ID/nickname, date of birth – for purposes related to the provision of accommodation services, as well as for the organisation of the Event and confirmation of the Participant's identity,
      • contact details: e-mail address, electronic/internet identifiers – for the purpose of communication between the Organiser and the Participant,
      • data concerning general health: for the purpose of possible transfer to the relevant authorities in the context of health and safety.
    3. the entities processing personal data are:
      • MRJTE Mateusz Bukowian, Tax ID (NIP): 7811799153, Pilotów 24, 60-409 Poznań,
      • Międzynarodowe Targi Poznańskie Sp. z o.o., Tax ID (NIP): 7770000488, ul. Głogowska 10, 60-734 Poznań, Poland,
      • Hotel Camping Malta, Tax Identification Number (NIP): 2090001440, ul. Krańcowa 98, 61-036 Poznań,
      • in addition, the data may be transferred to the extent necessary to third parties that provide services necessary for the organisation of the Event (e.g. hotels, banks, accounting, hosting services).
    4. providing data is voluntary, but necessary in order to participate in the Event. Failure to provide data or providing false data will prevent the Participant from participating in the Event. The Participant also bears the consequences of providing false personal data.
  2. Personal data may be verified during the Event by checking the Participant's identity card, passport or other document confirming their identity.
  3. The Participant has the right to access and view their data, as well as the right to rectify, delete, restrict processing, transfer data, the right to object, the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing (if the processing is based on consent) that was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
  4. All personal data provided by the Participant to the Organiser will be deleted within 90 days of the end of the Event.
  5. Failure to consent to the processing of personal data means that the Participant will not be able to take part in the Event.
  6. The Participant agrees that the Organiser may disclose the following data to other Participants by displaying it on their ID badge, website, information leaflets, banners, audio-visual materials and verbally:
    1. the nickname, name and avatar chosen by the Participant,
    2. contact details for the Participant, if provided by them.
  7. The Participant has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
  8. The Participant's data may be processed for a longer period of time if they violate the rules and/or are prohibited from participating in future editions of the Event.
FINAL PROVISIONS
  1. If any provision of these rules and regulations proves to be invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
  2. The Organiser may amend the provisions of these rules and regulations at any time. Any amendments shall be announced immediately by email.

REGULAMIN PFG 2026

Regulamin wydarzenia organizowanego przez MRJTE Mateusz Bukowian, NIP: 7811799153, pod nazwą „Poznań Furry Gathering” (zwanego dalej „Wydarzeniem”), odbywającego się w Kwietniu dnia 16-19, w Hotelu Camping Malta, NIP: 2090001440, ul. Krańcowa 98, 61-036.

DEFINICJE REGULAMINOWE
  1. Uczestnik – Uczestnikiem wydarzenia jest osoba pełnoletnia, która opłaciła akredytację na Wydarzenie. Uczestnictwo występuje w dwóch wariantach:
    1. uczestnictwo z prawem noclegu w hotelu,
    2. uczestnictwo bez prawa do noclegu w hotelu.
  2. Organizator – Organizatorem wydarzenia Poznań Furry Gathering jest MRJTE Mateusz Bukowian, NIP: 7811799153, ul. Pilotów 24, 60-409 Poznań.
  3. Hotel – Hotel Camping Malta NIP: 2090001440, ul. Krańcowa 98, 61-036 Poznań, który jest główną lokacją Wydarzenia.
  4. Teren wydarzenia – Teren należący do Hotelu Camping Malta oraz Centrum Konferencyjnego Malta.
  5. Akredytacja – bilet uprawniający do uczestnictwa w wydarzeniu kulturowym „Poznań Furry Gathering”.
ZASADY OGÓLNE
  1. Poznań Furry Gathering nie jest imprezą masową i przepisy ustawy o bezpieczeństwie imprez masowych z dnia 14 października 2019 r. (Dz.U. z 2019 r. poz. 2171) nie mają wobec niego zastosowania.
  2. Każdy Uczestnik biorący udział w Wydarzeniu ma obowiązek przestrzegania postanowień niniejszego regulaminu.
  3. Uczestnik rozumie i przyjmuje do wiadomości, że rażące naruszenie postanowień regulaminów będzie skutkować wydaleniem z terenu Wydarzenia bez prawa do ubiegania się o zwrot kosztów oraz z możliwością wypowiedzenia przez Hotel Camping Malta noclegu, jeśli uczestnik takowy opłacił.
  4. Uczestnik Wydarzenia nie jest właścicielem identyfikatora. Właścicielem identyfikatora jest Organizator Wydarzenia i ma on pełne prawo do odebrania Uczestnikowi identyfikatora w przypadku złamania przez niego regulaminu Wydarzenia. Ponadto Organizator zastrzega sobie prawo do odszkodowania za ewentualne szkody wyrządzone przez Uczestnika na zasadach ogólnych opisanych w Kodeksie Cywilnym.
  5. Przez identyfikator rozumie się laminowaną kartkę wielkości około formatu A6 z nadrukiem zawierającym wybrany przez Uczestnika pseudonim i grafikę (avatar). Identyfikator wydawany jest po potwierdzeniu danych uczestnika podczas rejestracji po przybyciu na teren Wydarzenia.
    • Uczestnik ma obowiązek posiadać identyfikator zawsze przy sobie w widocznym miejscu, na terenie Wydarzenia i w czasie trwania Wydarzenia.
    • Uczestnikowi, który zagubił identyfikator zostanie wydany nieodpłatnie duplikat po wyjaśnieniu okoliczności zagubienia.
  6. Na terenie Wydarzenia mogą przebywać jedynie osoby:
    • posiadające identyfikator, wydany przez Organizatora,
    • obsługa hotelowa,
    • osoby uprawnione przez Organizatora.
  7. Na terenie Wydarzenia Organizator wyznacza strefy, w których obowiązują dodatkowe lub inne niż w regulaminie zasady opisane na wejściu lub wyjściu z danej strefy w sposób pisemny lub infograficzny.
PRZETWARZANIE WIZERUNKU UCZESTNIKA
  1. Uczestnik przyjmuje do wiadomości i zgadza się z tym, że przebieg Wydarzenia może być utrwalony za pomocą zapisu audio-video oraz udostępniany on-line, zgodnie z ustawą o prawach autorskich i pokrewnych z dnia 6 czerwca 2019 r. (Dz.U.z 2019 r. poz. 1231).
PRAWA I OBOWIĄZKI UCZESTNIKA
  1. Uczestnik ma obowiązek:
    1. przestrzegania przepisów prawa powszechnie obowiązującego, przede wszystkim przepisów z zakresu ochrony przeciwpożarowej i ustawy o wychowaniu w trzeźwości i przeciwdziałaniu alkoholizmowi z dnia 18 października 2019 r. (Dz.U. z 2019 r. poz. 2277),
    2. odnoszenia się do innych Uczestników z należytą kulturą osobistą,
    3. realizowania poleceń Organizatora, osoby przez niego wyznaczonej lub obsługi hotelowej, chyba że polecenie to jest sprzeczne z niniejszym regulaminem i prawem powszechnie obowiązującym.
  2. Uczestnik ma prawo:
    1. korzystania ze wszelkich atrakcji oferowanych przez Organizatora na terenie i w czasie Wydarzenia,
    2. swobodnego przemieszczania się po terenie Wydarzenia, poza miejscami z wyraźnie zaznaczonym zakazem wstępu.
  3. Uczestnik bez opłaconego noclegu może przebywać na terenie Hotelu Camping Malta wyłącznie w godzinach trwania programu jako uczestnik punktu programu dostępnego na stronie https://poznan.furrygathering.com/Timetable .
  4. Uczestnik z opłaconym miejscem w Hotel Camping Malta może przebywać na terenie Hotelu od czasu rozpoczęcia do czasu zakończenia Wydarzenia tj. do końca wyznaczonej doby hotelowej w dniu 19 Kwietnia.
  5. Dla potrzeb wydarzenia, na terenie wydarzenia wyznacza się Ciszę Nocną, obowiązującą w godzinach 3:33-8:20.
  6. Uczestnik przy wydaniu identyfikatora musi okazać dowód osobisty, paszport lub inny dokument, który potwierdzi jego wiek i tożsamość.
PRAWA I OBOWIĄZKI ORGANIZATORA
  1. Organizator ma obowiązek:
    1. zapewnienia porządku podczas trwania Wydarzenia,
    2. podania do wiadomości wszystkich Uczestników:
      • osób wyznaczonych przez Organizatora do służby porządkowej,
      • pomocników oraz koordynatorów wydarzenia,
      • zakresu obowiązków osób wyżej wymienionych.
    3. podawania na bieżąco do wiadomości Uczestników programu Wydarzenia oraz wszelkich zmian w nim zachodzących.
  2. Organizator ma wyłączne prawo do egzekwowania i interpretowania niniejszego regulaminu.
  3. Organizator nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za rzeczy przez Uczestnika zagubione lub pozostawione bez opieki w czasie i na terenie Wydarzenia.
  4. Organizator nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za szkody poczynione umyślnie bądź nieumyślnie przez Uczestnika lub spowodowane przez innych Uczestników. Odpowiedzialność za wszelkie szkody na psychice i mieniu, w tym na prawach autorskich, ponosi sprawca bądź sprawcy.
  5. Organizator nie ponosi ewentualnych zobowiązań alimentacyjnych w przypadku gdy ciąża powstała w trakcie Wydarzenia w sposób umyślny bądź nieumyślny.
  6. Organizator zastrzega sobie prawo do odwołania Wydarzenia lub zmiany terminu jego odbywania. W takich przypadkach Uczestnik ma prawo do zwrotu według zasad zawartych w regulaminie portalu tobilet, https://tobilet.pl/regulamin-sklepu .
PRZEPISY PORZĄDKOWE I SANITARNE
  1. Zabrania się Uczestnikom:
    1. palenia tytoniu i jemu podobnych produktów poza miejscami do tego wyznaczonymi,
    2. ingerowania w urządzenia ochrony przeciwpożarowej,
    3. spożywania alkoholu poza miejscami do tego wyznaczonymi,
    4. posiadania, spożywania, bycia pod wpływem oraz rozprowadzania środków odurzających i psychotropowych, zgodnie z ustawą o przeciwdziałaniu narkomanii z dnia 29 lipca 2005 r. (Dz.U. z 2005 r. poz. 1485),
    5. wnoszenia i posiadania na terenie wydarzenia broni białej, broni palnej, broni myśliwskiej, broni sportowej, materiałów wybuchowych oraz wszelkich innych materiałów niebezpiecznych dla innych Uczestników, w rozumieniu ustawy o broni i amunicji z dnia 21 maja 1999 r. (Dz.U. z 1999 r. poz. 549),
    6. wnoszenia i posiadania replik broni białej, broni palnej, broni sportowej, broni myśliwskiej (chyba że organizator wydał zgodę na posiadanie repliki) lub innych niebezpiecznych przedmiotów,
    7. agitacji politycznej na terenie Wydarzenia,
    8. przeprowadzania jakichkolwiek akcji reklamowych, chyba że Organizator wydał zgodę na to,
    9. wnoszenia i posiadania flag politycznych, religijnych i innych – chyba że Organizator wydał zgodę na to,
    10. nagrywania oraz upubliczniania fragmentów programu – chyba że Organizator wydał zgodę na to. Uczestnik jest zobowiązany do usunięcia opublikowanych treści na żądanie organizatora,
    11. publicznego negliżowania się oraz promowania fetyszów lub strojów seksualnych w częściach wspólnych budynku. Organizator zastrzega sobie prawo do zabronienia noszenia danej części ubioru, jeśli jest ona zbyt gorsząca i odbiega od powszechnie przyjętych norm kultury,
    12. wnoszenia broni białej, ostrych narzędzi, oręża, pałek teleskopowych,
    13. manipulowania urządzeniami przeznaczonymi do realizacji Wydarzenia takimi jak komputery, telewizory czy inny sprzęt elektroniczny lub korzystania z nich w sposób nieodpowiedni czy też do tego nie przeznaczony.
  2. Organizator zastrzega sobie prawo do oceny, czy inny, niewymieniony w powyższym punkcie przedmiot bądź zachowanie, może być niebezpieczne dla uczestników. Jeśli przedmiot zostanie uznany przez organizatora za niebezpieczny, lub zakłócający porządek Wydarzenia, może zostać skonfiskowany na czas trwania Wydarzenia i oddany po zakończeniu go. W przypadku odmowy oddania przedmiotu, Organizator zastrzega sobie prawo do wykluczenia Uczestnika z Wydarzenia lub nakazu usunięcia przedmiotu z terenu Wydarzenia.
  3. Odpowiedzialność za wszelkie uszczerbki na zdrowiu powstałe w wyniku braku zachowania należytej staranności i braku poszanowania zasad bezpieczeństwa spoczywa wyłącznie na Uczestniku.
  4. Organizator ma prawo usunąć z terenu Wydarzenia Uczestnika, który:
    1. zachowuje się agresywnie,
    2. jest pod wpływem alkoholu lub środków odurzających,
    3. nie przestrzega postanowień niniejszego regulaminu oraz regulaminu Hotelu Camping Malta,
    4. nie przestrzega postanowień prawa powszechnie obowiązującego,
    5. ma widoczne objawy przeziębienia, gorączkę lub inne znamiona choroby,
    6. nie spełnia innych wymogów uczestnictwa w wydarzeniu,
    7. naraził organizatora na straty finansowe, wizerunkowe lub swoim zachowaniem stanowił zagrożenie dla bezpieczeństwa Wydarzenia.
  5. Organizator zastrzega sobie prawo nie dopuścić do uczestnictwa w Wydarzeniu:
    1. osoby wobec której prowadzone jest postępowanie prawne, sądowe lub będącej ściganej listem gończym,
    2. osoby na którą wpłynie pisemna skarga, która w opinii organizatora, może zagrozić bezpieczeństwu Wydarzenia i innych Uczestników,
    3. osoby wcześniej wykluczonej z udziału w Wydarzeniu.
  6. W trakcie odbywania się Wydarzenia mogą zostać nałożone różne obostrzenia epidemiologiczne. W przypadku anulowania Wydarzenia, z przyczyn niezależnych od Organizatora takich jak siły wyższe, wszystkie środki zostaną przeniesione na kolejną edycję lub zwrócone Uczestnikom, jeśli będzie to możliwe. W przypadku wystąpienia zagrożenia epidemiologicznego Organizator zastrzega sobie prawo do wprowadzenia reżimu sanitarnego lub wprowadzenia potrzebnych obostrzeń zgodnie z ustawą z dnia 2 marca 2020 r. o szczególnych rozwiązaniach związanych z zapobieganiem, przeciwdziałaniem i zwalczaniem COVID-19, innych chorób zakaźnych oraz wywołanych nimi sytuacji kryzysowych (Dz.U. z 2020 r. poz. 374).
  7. Uczestnik w trakcie Wydarzenia ma obowiązek utrzymać należytą czystość osobistą i dbać o schludny wygląd.
    1. W przypadku gdy Uczestnik posiada miejsce w pokoju hotelowym, ma on obowiązek dbania o przestrzeń własną oraz innych Uczestników mających miejsce w tym samym pokoju.
    2. Organizacja oraz Służba Porządkowa ma prawo do zwrócenia Uczestnikowi uwagi gdy nie stosuje się on do podstawowych zasad higieny osobistej oraz wydania mu stosownych poleceń.
    3. Uczestnik ma obowiązek w częściach wspólnych hotelu do posiadania na sobie ubrań oraz noszenia obuwia.
SŁUŻBA PORZĄDKOWA
  1. Organizator wyznacza i powołuje Służbę Porządkową, działającą w czasie trwania Wydarzenia. Potoczną nazwą Służby Porządkowej jest „Sefurity”.
  2. Organizator ustala skład oraz zadania Służby Porządkowej.
  3. Główne zadania Służby Porządkowej to:
    1. zapewnienie bezpieczeństwa Uczestnikom Wydarzenia w czasie jego trwania na terenie Wydarzenia,
    2. weryfikacja identyfikatorów Uczestników,
    3. pomoc w rozwiązywaniu konfliktów między Uczestnikami,
    4. dodatkowe zadania wyznaczone przez Organizatora jakie mogą wyniknąć w czasie trwania Wydarzenia.
  4. Służba Porządkowa uprawniona jest do kontroli bagażu lub kontroli osobistej za zgodą osoby kontrolowanej, w przypadku gdy istnieje uzasadnione ryzyko, lub też gdy wpłynęła skarga na Uczestnika, iż mógłby on być w posiadaniu przedmiotów zabronionych, opisanych w punkcie 1 Przepisów Porządkowych i Sanitarnych. W przypadku odmowy wydania zgody na przeszukanie, Uczestnik nie zostanie dopuszczony do uczestnictwa w Wydarzeniu oraz zostanie mu zwrócona pełna kwota poniesionych kosztów na rzecz akredytacji. W przypadku, gdy Uczestnik opłacił nocleg w Hotelu, kwestie zwrotów ustalane będą wówczas indywidualnie w recepcji hotelowej.
REKLAMACJE

Polityka zwrotów podlega pod regulamin serwisu Tobilet ( https://tobilet.pl/regulamin-sklepu ), w szczególności § 8. Zwroty Biletów i Biletów Parkingowych;

  1. W przypadku braku możliwości skorzystania z Biletu lub Biletu Parkingowego z przyczyn leżących po stronie Użytkownika lub uczestnika Wydarzenia, nie ma możliwości jego wymiany na inny Bilet lub odpowiednio Bilet Parkingowy, a TOBILET.PL nie dokonuje zwrotu należności za niewykorzystany Bilet lub Bilet Parkingowy, nawet jeżeli wyrażono taką chęć przed rozpoczęciem Wydarzenia lub, w przypadku Biletu Parkingowego, przed rozpoczęciem korzystania z Usługi Parkingowej. Jeżeli Użytkownik zawarł Umowę ubezpieczenia, to umowa ta reguluje warunki wypłaty przez Colonnade (tj. zakład ubezpieczeń będący stroną Umowy ubezpieczenia) odszkodowania w przypadku braku możliwości skorzystania z Biletu i Biletu Parkingowego (jeśli został nabyty wraz z Biletem i dotyczy Wydarzenia, na które został nabyty Bilet).
  2. Poza przypadkami wskazanymi w poniższych ust. 3-4, zwrot Biletów i Biletów Parkingowych jest możliwy tylko jeśli przewiduje to regulamin Wydarzenia, wyłącznie w zakresie i na zasadach opisanych w tym regulaminie.
  3. W przypadku odwołania Wydarzenia, którego Organizatorem jest TOBILET.PL, czy też zmiany daty, godziny lub miejsca takiego Wydarzenia, TOBILET.PL niezwłocznie przekaże Użytkownikowi informację w tym zakresie, na jego adres e-mailowy. W przypadku odwołania takiego Wydarzenia, TOBILET.PL zwróci Użytkownikowi cenę Biletów i Biletów Parkingowych wraz z uiszczonymi TOBILET.PL opłatami związanymi z zakupem tych biletów w terminie 14 dni od dnia odwołania Wydarzenia. Natomiast w przypadku zmiany daty, godziny lub miejsca takiego Wydarzenia, TOBILET.PL może zaproponować Użytkownikowi bez dodatkowych opłat Bilet i Bilet Parkingowy (jeśli Użytkownik kupił Bilet Parkingowy) na to samo Wydarzenie, lecz ze zmienioną datą, godziną lub miejscem, albo Bilet i Bilet Parkingowy (jeśli Użytkownik kupił Bilet Parkingowy) na inne Wydarzenie, a jeśli Użytkownik nie wyrazi zainteresowania taką zamianą tych biletów, to TOBILET.PL zwróci Użytkownikowi cenę Biletu i Biletu Parkingowego (jeśli Użytkownik kupił Bilet Parkingowy) wraz z uiszczonymi TOBILET.PL opłatami związanymi z zakupem tych biletów do 14 dni od dnia zgłoszenia przez Użytkownika żądania w tym zakresie na adres e-mail info@tobilet.pl wraz ze wskazaniem danych pozwalających zidentyfikować Bilet i Bilet Parkingowy, np. numeru biletu, numeru transakcji. Żądanie zwrotu ceny Biletów i Biletów Parkingowych, o którym mowa w zdaniu poprzednim, należy zgłosić w terminie podanym w e-mailu wysłanym przez TOBILET.PL, z tym zastrzeżeniem, że każdorazowo nie będzie to termin krótszy niż 14 dni.
  4. W przypadku odwołania Wydarzenia, którego Organizatorem nie jest TOBILET.PL, czy też zmiany daty, godziny lub miejsca takiego Wydarzenia, TOBILET.PL przekaże Użytkownikowi informację w tym zakresie, na jego adres e-mailowy, niezwłocznie po otrzymaniu takiej informacji od Organizatora. W przypadku odwołania takiego Wydarzenia, TOBILET.PL zwróci Użytkownikowi cenę Biletu i Biletu Parkingowego (jeśli Użytkownik kupił Bilet Parkingowy) w terminie 14 dni od dnia otrzymania od Organizatora środków na ten cel i w zakresie tych środków. Wynika to z okoliczności, że w przypadku gdy TOBILET.PL nie jest Organizatorem, TOBILET.PL jedynie pośredniczy w procesie zwrotu ceny Biletu i Biletu Parkingowego przez Organizatora Użytkownikowi. Powyższe nie wyłącza prawa Użytkownika do domagania się od Organizatora innych kwot, jeśli Organizator zgodnie z przepisami prawa zobowiązany jest je uiścić na rzecz Użytkownika. Natomiast w przypadku zmiany daty, godziny lub miejsca takiego Wydarzenia, TOBILET.PL zwróci Użytkownikowi cenę Biletu i Biletu Parkingowego (jeśli Użytkownik kupił Bilet Parkingowy) w terminie 14 dni od dnia otrzymania od Organizatora środków na ten cel i w zakresie tych środków, w przypadku zgłoszenia przez Użytkownika chęci zwrotu Biletu i Biletu Parkingowego (jeśli Użytkownik kupił Bilet Parkingowy) na adres e-mail info@tobilet.pl wraz ze wskazaniem danych pozwalających zidentyfikować Bilet, i Bilet Parkingowy np. numeru biletu, numeru transakcji. Powyższe nie wyłącza prawa Użytkownika do domagania się od Organizatora innych kwot, jeśli Organizator zgodnie z przepisami prawa zobowiązany jest je uiścić na rzecz Użytkownika. Żądanie zwrotu Biletu i Biletu Parkingowego, o którym mowa w zdaniu poprzednim, należy zgłosić w terminie podanym w e-mailu wysłanym przez TOBILET.PL, o którym mowa powyżej zdaniu poprzedzającym, z tym zastrzeżeniem, że każdorazowo nie będzie to termin krótszy niż 14 dni.
  5. Zwrot ceny Biletu i Biletu Parkingowego, a w przypadku Wydarzeń organizowanych przez TOBILET.PL również zwrot Opłaty serwisowej, dokonany zostanie przez TOBILET.PL przy użyciu takiego samego sposobu zapłaty, jakiego użył Użytkownik.
  6. Powyższe postanowienia nie stosują się do Biletów oraz Biletów Parkingowych nabytych w punktach stacjonarnych TOBILET.PL.
POLITYKA PRZETWARZANIA DANYCH OSOBOWYCH
  1. Zgodnie z art. 13 ust. 1 i ust. 2 ogólnego rozporządzenia o ochronie danych osobowych z dnia 27 kwietnia 2016 r. Uczestnik przyjmuje do wiadomości, że:
    1. administratorem danych osobowych Uczestnika jest MRTJE Mateusz Bukowian, NIP 7811799153, Pilotów 24, 60-409 Poznań.
    2. zbierane będą następujące dane:
      • dane identyfikacyjne: imię, nazwisko, identyfikator/pseudonim, data urodzenia – w celach związanych ze świadczeniem usługi noclegowej, oraz w celu organizacji Wydarzenia i potwierdzenia tożsamości Uczestnika,
      • dane teleadresowe: adres poczty elektronicznej, identyfikatory elektroniczne/internetowe – w celu komunikacji Organizatora z Uczestnikiem,
      • dane dotyczące ogólnego stanu zdrowia: w celu ich ewentualnego przekazania odpowiednim organom w kontekście bezpieczeństwa sanitarnego.
    3. podmiotami przetwarzającymi dane osobowe są:
      • MRJTE Mateusz Bukowian, NIP: 7811799153, Pilotów 24, 60-409 Poznań,
      • Międzynarodowe Targi Poznańskie Sp. z o.o., NIP: 7770000488, ul. Głogowska 10, 60-734 Poznań, Polska,
      • Hotel Camping Malta, NIP: 2090001440, ul. Krańcowa 98, 61-036 Poznań,
      • dodatkowo, dane mogą zostać przekazane w odpowiednim zakresie firmom trzecim, które świadczą Wydarzeniu usługi niezbędne do jej organizacji (np. hotele, banki, księgowość, serwisy hostingowe).
    4. podanie danych jest dobrowolne, ale konieczne w celu wzięcia udziału w Wydarzeniu. Niepodanie lub podanie nieprawdziwych danych uniemożliwi Uczestnikowi udział w Wydarzeniu. Uczestnik ponosi również konsekwencje podania nieprawdziwych danych osobowych.
  2. Dane osobowe mogą być weryfikowane w trakcie Wydarzenia poprzez sprawdzenie dowodu osobistego, paszportu, lub innego dokumentu potwierdzającego tożsamość Uczestnika.
  3. Uczestnik ma prawo dostępu i wglądu do treści swoich danych oraz prawo ich sprostowania, usunięcia, ograniczenia przetwarzania, prawo do przenoszenia danych, prawo wniesienia sprzeciwu, prawo do cofnięcia zgody w dowolnym momencie bez wpływu na zgodność z prawem przetwarzania (jeżeli przetwarzanie odbywa się na podstawie zgody), którego dokonano na podstawie zgody przed jej cofnięciem.
  4. Wszelkie dane osobowe podane przez Uczestnika Organizatorowi zostaną usunięte do 90 dni od momentu zakończenia Wydarzenia.
  5. Brak zgody na przetwarzanie danych osobowych oznacza brak możliwości wzięcia przez Uczestnika udziału w Wydarzeniu.
  6. Uczestnik zgadza się, by Organizator podał do wiadomości innych Uczestników poprzez ujawnienie ich na identyfikatorze, stronie internetowej, informatorach, bannerach, materiałach audio-wideo oraz w sposób werbalny następujących danych:
    1. wybrany przez Uczestnika pseudonim, imię oraz avatar,
    2. kontaktu do Uczestnika przez ewentualnie wskazany przez niego samego sposób.
  7. Uczestnikowi przysługuje skarga do Prezesa Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych.
  8. Dane Uczestnika mogą być przetwarzane dłużej w przypadku, gdy dojdzie złamania przez nich regulaminu i/lub będą posiadać zakaz uczestnictwa w przyszłych edycjach Wydarzenia.
POSTANOWIENIA KOŃCOWE
  1. Jeżeli jakiekolwiek postanowienia niniejszego regulaminu okażą się nieważne, nie uchybia to ważności pozostałych.
  2. Organizator może zmienić postanowienia regulaminu w każdej chwili. Zmiany ogłasza się natychmiast za pośrednictwem komunikacji mailowej.
